Bill Goodwin has been named the Underwater Photographer of the Year by the International Union for the Conservation of Nature.
Out of 132 photographs entered in the contest, Bill's image "Grouper Peek-A-Boo" was named Best Overall Winner in the

Sealife Calendar. From 1000+ entries and then let the public vote for the cover shot. Donna's picture received 42% of the vote!
